Shipping & Returns
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 3 business days and can be expected to be delivered to you within 4 to 5 business days (within the Netherlands & Belgium). Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship worldwide. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org . Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If the merchandise does not meet your expectations, then it can be exchanged. However, there are certain conditions attached to this process.
If the color or the size of the product does not meet your expectations, you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to email@example.com indicating in writing your intention to return the specific product from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) that you wish to return and provide us with the order number associated with the order. At this time, you can also inform us which product(s) that you wish to receive in exchange. You can then post the envelope, or the package with the product(s) you wish to exchange, back to Nixnut. You are responsible for the postage costs of the returned product. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for.
We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the products you wish to return, the order number of the order and your bank account number. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. We strongly advise you to send the package with a Track&Trace number. Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted. Please include a copy of our order confirmation along with the products to be returned. Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return products from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account within 5 business days.
