Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide and we always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders are shipped within 2 business days and can be expected to be delivered within 1 or 2 business days after shipping to the Netherlands & Belgium. All orders shipped to other countries within Europe can be expected to be delivered within 5 business days after shipping. Orders shipped outside Europe can be expected to be delivered within 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship worldwide. Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If the products do not meet your expectations, then it can be always exchanged within 14 days. However, there are certain conditions attached to this process.

Exchanges
If the color or the size of the product does not meet your expectations, you may exchange (a part of) your order. For this you need to fill in the return form. You can find this return form in the same package of your order. Please fill in this form and send it back to nixnut together with the items you would like to exchange. This must be done within 14 days after receiving your order. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product. We strongly advise you to send the package with a Track&Trace number. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for. Nixnut is not responsible for return packages which are lost in the shipping process. Nixnut is responsible for the shipping costs for sending the new items back to you.

Once we have received the returned product we check if the products are unworn, unwashed and if they have all original hangtags. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will ship the new products within 2 business days. 

Returns

Once we have received the returned product we check if the products are unworn, unwashed and if they have all original hangtags. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse within 3 business days to the bank account of your purchase.
