These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Nixnut webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our webshop is intended for consumers. If you are under 16, you will need permission from a parent or guardian. An order is final once you receive an order confirmation from us. In exceptional cases, a product may be out of stock; we will then contact you and offer an alternative or cancel the order. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

All prices in the webshop include VAT. Prices are subject to change. In the event of obvious errors or technical problems, we are not obligated to deliver an order at an incorrect price. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop and is processed securely by our payment provider. For orders outside the EU, local taxes or import duties may be charged by the customs authorities of the relevant country.
Discount codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated. They are for one-time use only and cannot be applied retroactively. For returns, the discount will be applied pro rata.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The delivery times listed are estimates. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. The risk of damage or loss passes to you once the package is delivered.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Sample sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are sold without warranty. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return.

Regular products are covered by the statutory warranty: a product must perform as expected. If you have a complaint, please contact us at service@nixnut.nl. We will respond as quickly as possible, and within 14 days at the latest.

We do our best to display all information and images as accurately as possible. Minor color or detail variations may occur and do not entitle you to compensation. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, to the extent legally permitted.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions, carrier delays or other force majeure situations, we may temporarily suspend our obligations.
