Order & Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will have free shipment for orders over €100,- For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €5.55. Click here to view free shipping conditions and shipping costs per country.

What is the delivery time of my order?

For the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is one business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are often shipped the same day. We do not ship on Wednesdays or weekends. For delivery times per country please click here.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can! On Fridays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at our office in The Netherlands (Prins Hendrikstraat 97, Breda). Select "pick-up" as your shipping method at checkout (you won't pay any shipping costs). If Friday isn't convenient for you, please contact us to schedule a different pickup time.

Which party do you ship with?

Packages within the Netherlands and rest of Europe are shipped with DPD, outside the EU we ship with DHL. Would you prefer a different shipping company? Contact us.

Can I change my order after is is confirmed?

Often, yes. If you quickly call or whatsApp us after ordering, we can often still make changes. During offers and sample sales, we cannot make changes after the order has been placed.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please contact us to check whether your order has been completed correctly.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the package is hand over to the shipping company, you will receive an email with a track & trace link with which you can track your order.

My package is lost, what should I do?

In this case the package is often at your neighbors, a pickup point, or hasn't been delivered yet. Contact us to help you locate the package.

Do you ship to all countries?
How does the ordering process work?

Select your desired products, select the correct size and color, fill in the fields at the checkout page and complete your payment. You'll receive two email confirmations: an order confirmation to let you know your order is completed and a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package.

Returns

Can I return an item?

If you're not satisfied with (part of) your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn/unwashed and have all original tags attached. See all return information here .

How does the return process work?

Complete the returns form you received with your order. You can also find the form by clicking here . Complete this form and return it to Nixnut along with the items you wish to return. You can use the Nixnut box or any other shipping box. Once we receive the returned package, we will check if the products are unworn and unwashed and that they have all their original hangtags. If so, we will refund your money within 3 business days.

Can I also drop off my return at the office in Breda?

Yes, you can drop off a return at our head office in Breda (The Netherlands). Please use the parcel dropbox at the beginning of the driveway. You can drop off your return package there. Address: Prins Hendrikstraat 97, Breda. If the parcel dropbox is full, you can always walking into our office. The office is closed on Wednesdays and weekends.

Do I pay a return fee?

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We reserve the right to refuse returned packages and envelopes for which the shipping costs have not been fully paid.

When will the refund be processed?

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account number used to place the order within 3 business days.

Can I return items with discounts?

Iitems purchased during the end-of-season sale can be returned. Items purchased during an (online) Sample Sale cannot be returned. See here all information about returns.

What do I do if something is wrong with my received order?

We'll resolve this quickly for you. Please contact us by phone/WhatsApp +31682145286 or email service@nixnut.nl.

My return hasn't arrived at Nixnut, what should I do?

You can always contact us, but the sender of the package receives the tracking information. Therefore, Nixnut has no information about the returned package. Nixnut is not responsible for returns lost during this shipping process.

Can I exchange an item?

For a different size, color, or completely different item, please place a new order in our webshop. You can return any item you no longer want. See all return information here .

How does Nixnut fit in terms of size?

Nixnut generally runs true to size or a bit smaller compared to other kids brands. However, the fit varies per item. If an item runs noticeably large or small, it will be noted in the description of the item.

Is it possible to make a personal shopping appointment?

Absolutely! We have the entire collection on display at our office in The Netherlands and we're happy to help you putting together a beautiful outfit for your little one(s). Contact us by phone/WhatsApp +31682145286 or email service@nixnut.nl , and we'll schedule a date together.

Can I come to your office unannounced?

Our office is open by appointment. View our contact details here . We are closed on Wednesdays and weekends. Picking up an order? This is always possible without an appointment on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
