If the products you ordered don't meet your expectations, you can always return them within 14 days. However, certain conditions apply to this process.
Sale items may also be returned, (online) sample sale items can not be returned.

We strive to deliver the best possible products. If you are not satisfied with (a part of) your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please complete the returns form, which you will find in the packaging along with your order. You can also find the form by clicking here . Complete this form and return it to Nixnut along with the items you wish to return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse returned packages and envelopes for which the shipping costs have not been fully paid. We strongly recommend that you send the package with a Track & Trace number. Nixnut is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.

Once we receive the returned product, we'll check that it's unworn/unwashed and has all its original tags attached. If the returned goods are received in good condition, we'll refund the purchase price to your bank account within 3 business days.

Exchange
